Returns/Refunds
We have a very simple return policy:
1) If the product has not been opened you can return the product for a full refund (see below for process to follow)
2) If the product has been opened, you can return the product for store credit and buy another product we sell (see below for process to follow)
Option 1 - Product has not been opened:
a) If you received an incorrect or defective item we ask that you take a picture and email us at earthsanastore@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will fix the situation quickly, pay the return shipping costs and reship out the item.
b) For other unopened items, you may return these items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer. There is also a $15 restocking fee.
Once we receive the product back we will process the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of us receiving the package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Option 2 - Product has been opened
You may return most opened items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. Since the product has been opened a refund is not available. A full store credit is available to allow you to try one of our other products.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Once we receive the product back we will process the store credit. Shipping must be paid for by the customer.
