Cleansing
This is a list of suggested products to use if you're going to do a 3 day (also 7 day, 10 day) cleanse. Usually on a basic cleanse you're going to get the Greens, a Bowel Cleanser, Electrolytes, Omega 3-6-9 oils (Udo's at Whole Foods) & good clean water. If you're doing alkaline water get the pH drops or a water ionizer. In a more advanced cleanse you can add the other oils (like pine needle & black seed), silver & salt spray.
